I may be just doing things wrong as I am a newer player, but based on my limited experience I have found that my Military Officer and Commander Captains with high command and tactics were not just stronger overall than my Spy, but also better for spying than my spy - with high stealth and pistols, though I also tried high stealth and electronics but it didn't change much. I have to admit I was very on the fence about buying this one: the indie market nowadays is oversaturated with a lot of (let's be honest here) uninspired copy/pasted cashgrabs.
